Mendo Hot Spot was built with heart, grit, and a vision that refused to quit. When our first location fell through, we didn’t give up — we got creative. We were determined to bring Ukiah a warm, welcoming, judgment-free space where every body can move, breathe, and belong.

Sustainability at Heart

Our studio is intentionally designed with eco-friendly infrared heat and repurposed materials throughout. From our reimagined front desk, to baseboards crafted from the building’s original board wall, to the many Facebook Marketplace finds that fill the space, nearly everything here has been given a second life. Sustainability isn’t an afterthought — it’s part of our foundation.

We offer a range of class styles such as MHS Hot Yogalates, MHS Warm Pelvic Floor & Core, Hot Vinyasa Yoga, Warm Buti®, Warm Chair Yoga, MHS Hot Strength, and Inferno Hot Pilates; catering to all skill levels.
